Season open from Aug. 15 to the opening of the firearms season and from the close of firearms season though March 15. During the firearms season all counties or parts of counties which have a firearms season are open to hunting by falconry.
Daily bag limit three of any kind of grouse, quail, chukar, partridge or pheasant and shall not include more than one pheasant (male or female), one sage grouse, or one sharp-tailed grouse except during firearm seasons when those seasons' limits apply. Possession limit nine of any kind and shall not include more than three pheasant (male or female), three sage grouse or three sharp-tailed grouse.
