Hello, we have a dead mule deer in the River Heights subdivision that is partially submerged frozen in the idaho penitentiary canal behind my house at 4150 Macbeth ave. it is visible on the south side of the interconnect (East Penn Crossing) that connects the completed subdivision with the new phase. We also had deer hit and killed on that same road on the 23rd do December. Please contact me at 208-867-5851 concerning the removal of the dead deer and what we can do in the neighborhood to help prevent further incidents. I'm concerned that additional deer will get entrapped under the road / canal.
