This is not a roadkill, but I originally thought this was a Prairie Dog, but it didn't stand upright, it crawled on its belly, and was fatter than a Prairie Dog. I saw it at "Huckleberry 'Holesalers" at the corner of Lancaster and Government Way. This is actually the 3rd live specimen I've seen at this property in less than a year. They were all very close to the road, but I have never seen a roadkill of one of them. There must be a den nearby.
