Understanding Options to Improve Drawing Odds - Video Presentation

In June 2010, the Idaho Fish and Game Commission considered several options of a Bonus Point system but ultimately supported the random drawing system that is in place today. To review, see Bonus Point System - Proposal History.

To address requests by hunters to adopt a system to improve odds of drawing a controlled hunt tag, Fish and Game staff developed this presentation. It evaluates other mechanisms that may help improve drawing odds for future consideration. There are several options available that may affect drawing odds. In May 2013 wildlife biologist Regan Berkley gave the presentation to the Commission covering those options.
