Spawning Ground Survey
Spawning Ground Survey (SGS) is a collaborative project among federal, state and tribal fish agencies and private industry. SGS compiles both redd count and carcass survey data into one database. For each survey new redds, previous redds, live spawners, carcasses, biological and genetic samples, marks and tags are captured in the database. All of the data are georeferenced in decimal degree, WGS84, using GPS.
