Issues with Game Management Unit shapefile

I downloaded the Game Management Unit shapefile off your website, and unfortunately the file continues to lock up my ArcGIS and give me an error message (see attached).   I only need a shapefile of GMU 10 for a presentation at the Western States and Provinces Deer and Elk Workshop.  I work for Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks and manage Fish Creek and other areas adjacent to GMU 10.  Could you possibly send me a shapefile of GMU 10?  I use State Plane NAD 83.

Thanks for any help you can provide!
