How do I create a support ticket?


To create a support ticket you must first be logged in.  Then you are welcome to Post a New Support Ticket.  Tickets will be categorized in different issue queues by site administrators.

How do I get in touch with a person?


If you have an issue with one of our applications or websites we'd encourage you to first login and then use the Report a Problem feature to create a support ticket we can use to track your request.

If you question is of a more general nature I'd recommend one of a variety of options that available on our accounts contact page.  We're pretty much online 24-7 so by and large just filling out the contact page is your most efficient option for a rapid response.

What is IFWIS?


The Idaho Fish and Wildlife Information System (IFWIS) is small team in Idaho Fish and Game (IDFG) working in collaboration with government and private partners to develop a common infrastructure for compiling, managing and disseminating data about Idaho's fish, wildlife and plants. Starting with established frameworks in geography, taxonomy and biology we work to build bridges between disparate studies and initiatives across agencies to construct an institutional knowledge system.
