That portion of Unit 38 within the following boundary: starting at the junction of Interstate I-84 and State Highway 69, south on State Highway 69 to E. Avalon St., then west on E. Avalon St. to Swan Falls Road, then south on Swan Falls Road to the Snake River, then east on the Snake River to State Highway 51, then north on State Highway 51 to Interstate I-84, then west on Interstate I-84 to point of beginning. Area Size: 598,980 acres
