Q: Is an elk that has been wounded by an arrow and dies later considered to have "died from natural causes"?
A: An arrow wound is not natural. This animal would not have died if not hit by the arrow. No parts of this animal can be legally salvaged.
Q: Do I need a taxidermy license if I am buying and selling antlers, but I am not mounting any of them just reselling them.
A: A taxidermy license is not required for buying and selling antlers if you are not mounting them.
