Lighted nocks

Question:

I checked all lighted nock answers but this wasn't addressed.. Are lighted nocks legal for crossbow bolts if the crossbow is used during an "ANY WEAPONS SEASON" such as spring bear or short range seasons? I understand they may NOT be used with a disability permit during archery only but what about the use as requested above? Thank you very much in advance for the clarification.

Answer:

You may NOT use lighted nocks as they are considered incorporated.  Please check the weapon restrictions section of our big game rules.  The actual rule states it is unlawful to pursue or kill big game animals:

With any electronic device attached to, or incorporated in, the firearm (including handguns and
shotguns) or scope; except scopes containing battery powered or tritium lighted reticles are allowed.

With any electronic or tritium-powered device attached to, or incorporated into, an arrow, bolt,
crossbow, or bow (except nonmagnifying scopes containing battery powered or tritium lighted reticles may be used
by disabled archery permit holders).
