For all lands permitted by the U.S. Forest Service within the following: Beginning at the Idaho/Montana state line on the U.S./Canada border; thence south along the Idaho/ Montana state line to the Boundary/Bonner County line; thence west along said county line to U.S. Highways 2/95 (Sec. 34, T. 60 N., R 1 W., B.M.); thence northerly on U.S. Highway 95 to the intersection with State Highway Route 1, then continuing northwesterly on State Highway Route 1 to the Canadian border; thence easterly along said boundary to the point of beginning. (near Caribou Ridge); thence due west to the Priest Lake State Forest boundary, at the intersection of Sections 12 & 13, T. 61 N., R. 3 W., B.M., (at Twin Peaks); thence north and northwesterly along said State Forest boundary to (Sec. 17, T. 64 N., R. 4 W., B.M.); thence northeasterly along the Cedar Creek and Grass Creek divide to Forest Service Road 636, thence northeasterly along Road 636 to the U.S./Canada border (Sec. 8, T. 65 N., R. 3 W., B.M.), thence east along the U.S./Canada border to the point of beginning.
