T28N, R1E, SE1/4 SW1/4 lying east of Deer Creek Road all in T28N, R1E, BM. Sec. 34, NW1/4, W1/2 SW1/4, less Deer Creek Rd all in T28N, R1E, BM. Less Sec.33, W1/2 W1/2 SE1/4 lying west of Deer Creek Rd then beginning at a point on Deer Creek Rd at the BLM boundary with the SE1/4 NW1/4 then continuing southwesterly along Deer Creek Rd to the westerly line of theNE1/4 NE1/4 on Deer Creek Rd, property is in Unit 13 lying north and west of Deer Creek Road. Also lying north of Deer Creek Rd, the NW1/4 NE1/4is in Unit 13. then un Unit 18 up Deer Creek Road to 200yrds prior to 2 mile marker. Property lies east and southerly of Deer Creek Road over to BLM boundary and 2 um units 36 acre parcel that borders river, south boundary is southerly line of Sec. 33 & 34, T28N, R1E, BM.
