- NOTE: See Board Minutes dated August 2004 and October 2004 concerning matters that affected several outfitters operating in the McCall lakes area. It was determined that operating area adjustments were necessary for the fishing outfitters in the area (T. Avery Fly fishing Outfitters, Idaho Angler and Cutler Umbach and Gene Bloxham, Warren Outfitters) in order to resolve a territorial conflict. Operating areas were amended due to resolve the territorial conflict and as a result of a fishing capacity study that IOGLB and the FS conducted and was Board approved. License areas 04, 05 & 06 were lakes that consolidated as part of licenese area 02.
NOTE: The Board also determined that all licensed operating areas must be included in their entirelty should this buniness be sold.
