Description: This 10-mile route will produce a variety of birds year-round, including common waterfowl like Canada Goose and Mallard, as well as American Coot and Bald Eagle. During the spring and fall, waterfowl such as American Wigeon, Canvasback, Redhead, Common Goldeneye, Tundra Swan, and Common Loon can be seen. Year-round species include Pine Siskin, Varied Thrush, Golden-crowned Kinglet, Townsend’s Solitaire, Bohemian Waxwing, and Chestnut-backed Chickadee.
