Either sex may be taken.

Antlerless Deer

Only deer without antlers or with antlers shorter than 3 inches may be taken in any season which is open for antlerless deer only.

Antlered Deer

Only deer with at least one antler longer than 3 inches may be taken in any season which is open for antlered deer only. In antlered-only seasons, antlers must accompany the carcass while in transit.

Two-Point Deer

Only deer with not more than two points on one side, not including brow point, and at least one antler longer than 3 inches may be taken in any season which is open for two-point deer only. A point is an antler projection that is at least one inch long and longer than the width of the projection.

Three-Point Deer

Only deer having at least one antler with three or more points, not including the brow point or tine, may be taken in any season which is open for three-point or larger deer only.

Four-Point Deer

Only deer having at least one antler with four or more points, not including the brow point or tine, may be taken in any season which is open for four-point or larger deer only.

Antlerless or Four-Point Deer

Only deer without antlers or with antlers shorter than 3 inches or deer having at least one antler with four or more points, not including the brow point or tine, may be taken in any season which is open for antlerless or four-point or larger deer only.
