Hunt areas are numbered sequentially by year and species. The unfortunate result is that a 2010 Deer Hunt Area 1-1 may not have the same boundary as a 2009 Deer Hunt Area 1-1 or even 2010 Elk Hunt Area 1-1. To be clear, always check the hunt area boundary to see if they match. That portion of Unit 51 south of Deer Creek and Cedar Run Creek, and that portion of Unit 58 south of and including Kyle Canyon drainage north and west of State Highway 22, including all the Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory (INEEL) lands in Unit 51 and 58 within the described boundary.
