Directions: At the town of Sandpoint, proceed east on State Highway 200. Just after crossing the Pack River, turn left (north) on Forest Service Rd #232. Travel about 3.5 miles to a gated side road. This is the southern entrance to the Hancock Forest Management Access Yes properties.

The main Trout Creek Road gated and is restricted to non-motorized traffic only. Logging contractors and employees MAY be behind a closed gate.

Do not park in front of any gates or travelway. Hancock Forest Management may have active operations behind gates during the hunting seasons. Hancock contractors and company personnel may be behind the closed gates and may find it necessary to move any vehicle blocking their passage.
