Visiting Hours - Billingsley WMA is open year-round and has no established visiting hours.
Access for the Disabled - Access to BCWMA is limited to foot traffic and floating Billingsley Creek. When floating the creek please be aware that water pipelines cross the creek approximately half way down the WMA reach (see map). You must portage around this obstacle. Access to and from the lower end of BCWMA and Billingsley Creek may require a hike/portage of approximately 1/4 mile. Foot access along Billingsley Creek is limited due to wetland conditions existing along the creek. Wetland vegetation and wet conditions make walking difficult.
Vehicles/Parking - Two designated parking spots (one on each side of Billingsley Creek) are available at the upper end of BCWMA. A small parking spot is planned for access to the lower creek.
Fishing/Hunting - Fishing season is open during the general season. Hunting is available during established seasons.
Camping - There are no facilities for overnight camping within BCWMA.
Fires/Firewood Cutting - Fires and firewood cutting are prohibited on BCWMA. Removal of materials from their natural setting is prohibited.
Wildlife Observation/Photography - BCWMA provides opportunities to view wildlife. Viewers can float Billingsley Creek or hike a maintenance only road located on the east side of Billingsley Creek. When floating the creek please be aware that water pipelines cross the creek approximately half way down the WMA reach (see map). You must portage around this obstacle.
Pets - Pets must be leashed or under close control at all times on BCWMA, with the exception of bird dogs during the hunting seasons. The release or abandonment of domestic animals on BCWMA is prohibited.
