F&G officers seek information about mule deer doe shot and left to waste near Banks

Conservation officers located the doe in the Zimmer Creek area of Unit 33, just north and east of Banks, and believe it was shot sometime between May 5 and May 8.

Fish and Game to honor five Conservation Heroes at 125th Anniversary Celebration in Twin Falls

On Saturday, May 18, 2024, the Idaho Fish and Game, Magic Valley Region, will be honoring five individuals who have made significant contributions to the conservation of Idaho’s fish and wildlife resources.

These Conservation Heroes will be recognized during the Department’s 125th anniversary celebration at the Twin Falls City Park from 3 – 6 p.m. with the presentation of the awards at 5 p.m. at the City Park bandshell.

Idaho Fish and Game is turning 125 this year, let’s celebrate!

The Magic Valley anniversary celebration will be held on May 18, 2024, at the Twin Falls City Park from 3 – 6 p.m.
Over 40 different family-friendly activities will be happening over the 3-hour event, and best of all, it’s free to everyone who stops by the park.
