MK Nature Center Visitor Center/Gift Shop

Come inside the Visitor Center for hands-on activities like making animal tracks in the sand, touching animal pelts, antlers, horns, and skulls, and crawling into a life size black bear den.

Visitors can see full body taxidermy mounts of Idaho wildlife including grizzly bear, cougar, mountain goat, wolf, elk, caribou, bald eagle, waterfowl, trout, salmon and more. Text, along with beautiful photographs, describe the importance of hunting in Idaho's history and culture.

Browse our unique Gift Shop and check out the nature-themed educational gifts for all ages; jewelry, toys, books and more. All proceeds help MK Nature Center educational programs.

The MK Nature Center has a nice selection of silver and hand blown glass jewelry all reasonably priced. All sales from the Gift shop go back into supporting the educational programs at the Nature Center.
