Disabled Persons Archery Permit ***
Present a completed Disabled Persons Archery Hunting Permit [PDF, 61 KB] form signed by a physician at any Fish & Game Regional office. Physician certifies that applicant has a permanent disability whereby they do not have use of one (1) or both of his arms or hands and the applicant is capable of holding and firing, without assistance from other persons, a crossbow per Idaho Code. Note: The current year hunting license and regular archery permit must be purchased prior to or at the same time as the Disabled Persons Archery Permit. | $1.75 |
Disabled Persons Motor Vehicle Permit ***
Present a completeed Disabled Persons Motor Vehicle Hunting Permit [PDF, 347 KB] form signed by a physician at any IDFG Regional office. Physician certifies the applicant is disabled and has severe mobility impairment per Idaho Code. The words "permanently disabled" on reverse side of Idaho Drivers license is acceptable in lieu of physician certification form.
